Why doesn't APPLY TO ALL work for transitions?

In creating a slide show, I click on the transition between slides, set it to 3.0 sec, hit APPLY TO ALL, and it applies to some transitions, not others so I have to check every one. Why won't this button work?

if you have locked a track it wont work for that track. I also think that in MEP15+ there is a way to lock inivisual seens (pics/videos) I think this may be you problem check to see if you have. I beleve (if you have +) that it is under file>>Unlock>>
Unlock All, unlock All tracks, Unlock all sceens. select unlock all.

ChipComando, thanks for trying. I do not have the Deluxe version and in my regular version of Xtreme PhotoStory, there is no option to lock/unlock that I can find. It doesn't look like it is "locked" since I can add slides, anyway.

Any other ideas from anyone? Thanks,
