Why does "Travel Route Animation" not work?

I find it very interesting that my (PhotoStory on CD & DVD 10 Deluxe) "Travel Route Animation" has not worked for weeks and there are no downloads that are available to correct the problem, but I just received an e-mail touting a new version PhotoStory on DVD Deluxe that has new features within it's "Travel Route Animation Wizard" that is now on sale. I am not dissatisfied with my software except that I can not get any support to get my issue resolved. If anyone has any additional information, I would greatly appreciate any assistance that you might give me.

Apparently this is a known problem which I am also experiencing.

Although uncertain what you are seeing on the screen.

In my case when I open Travel Route Animator it keeps searching and searching. Also as I use 2 screens the dialogue box goes across 2 screens. However when I go to the end and click the maximise button it comes good on one screen.

To open the Travel Route Animator from there this is a work around assuming you have this option.

On the left side of the screen there is a box so just type in any city name and press enter.

This should then load the map showing the city you typed then just type in all other places etc.

My condition is the same as you describe in the first paragraph, except I have only one screen and have not been able to find a work around.

There is an update to the Magix Geo module available to fix this problem - however it is unclear whether this patches all products which use the Travel Route Animation.

I have asked Magix for some clarification on which software and versions the patch works with.
