Hi
Are you trying to import a 'png' file when the error message popups?
If so:
- Is it a genuine .png image or another format eg JPG that has had the file extension changed to .png ?
- Download and install MediaInfo and analyse the png image that cause the popup, post the results in your reply, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.
