This is a user forum where user come and ask questions and give help to others, if you want Magix support then you should contact them directly, however do not expect an immediate response as you have demonstrated here by posting the questions on the same subject 12 minutes apart.

Assuming you registered Video Pro X 6 then you may receive an email from Magix regarding any offers in due course.
