Hi,

Your first image is an update to the program. Why your get an installation error is the mystery and possibly has to do with your anti-virus program blocking access.

Your second image has nothing to do with an update of the program. It's just an update of the app Magix uses to notify you of program updates. I get it with each Magix program that I have, on each of my two computers. If you have a problem then it's probably the same issue as above.

My updates for everything were successful on both computers for all programs where I tried to update.
