Why do I see only the same styles/soundpoool entries im MM17 Premium as I did with MM17 regular version?

Just upgraded to MM 17 on the promise it had more sounds. But the soundpool list is EXACTLY the same as the limited list for the regular version. There are extra folders in the directory but none and nothing inside them shows on the screen under styles. How do I get them to show?

It sounds like the extra soundpool styles have been installed but not loaded into MM.

It sounds like you know where to find them, but if you don't, hit the 'Y' key to bring up the Program Settings.  Click on the Folders tab.  This will show you the locations of the "Basic_17" soundpools folder.

In MM-17, click on the "Add styles..." button in the media pool, locate a missing style folder on your hard drive and click OK to load.  Repeat for any other missing styles.

The directory shown should have the extra styles, but they don't show up in the list. Magix actually seems to create two identically named directories called MAGIX_Music_Maker_17_Premium. One has subfolders for videos and basics_17, the other audiotemp and myrecord. I think it's a bug in the directory creation process. Why two folders with the same name? The download version did the same thing.

I tried to import styles but it only sees the OTHER folder, not the one with the soundpool files. I can only guess that the program sees the one directory but not the second one, so can't see the soundpool files.

It's buggy. If users have to go through this sort of nonsense to run a program, it's not ready for release.

I want my money back. I need a working, professional sound creation/editor program, not a beta version.
