Magix rescue your video tapes software (magix Movies onDVD 7)

I get a cannot connect to device when using analog video recording. My device settings are video: USB 2861 device (USB-Dshow)
audio: USB audio device

This has worked before so all the conectors are good, but I had to reinstall the software and now I get this error

Hi,

Try reinstalling the drivers for the video grabber, which are also on the disc. Sounds like the proper drivers might not be installed right now. If necessary, contact Magix technical support for more detailed help.
