i have changes 2 pcs sins I bought "MAGIX easy HD Download Version" and have reinstall the program a several tims and now I get this message from MAGIX when i will aktivaited the program.

"You have exceeded the maximum number of unlock

procedures. In order to protect the license you

purchased and for security and technical reasons the number of unlocks is automatically limited. Please

contact MAGIX Support in order to unlock your program."

What can I do ????

The comuter ID is a number generated by the software, usually from the ID's of various components in the computer. This ID is used to register and lock the software to the computer it is installed on., this helps prevent piracy.

The licensing system has changed - with the newer versions you can install the software on another computer and you are allowed to switch which one you use, however to switch usage from one computer to another you have to deactivate the current computer then activate the other and you are only allowed to do this once per month.

Whether the licensing system applies to your version I do not know, however you should contact Magix by email asking them to unlock the activation counter explaining why you need it unlocked.

I contact MAGIX-support and they unlock the program, thnks for the answerd.
