Where do I find the Presets for Samsung VP-D362

Am trying to connect my Samsung camera, but the programme doesnt seem to want to see it, any ideas?

How exactly are you connecting the camera to your system? I just checked out the specs of this cam on Google. It is a miniDV cam, but it also seems to offer a USB connection on it. Don't use that. It won't work with the DV capture function in the program. FireWire is the way to go. You need to have a FireWire/IEEE1394 port on your computer (or get a simple FireWire controller plug-in card) and use a FireWire cable to connect between the FireWire/DV output of the camera and your computer. Switch the camera to "play" mode. This will enable you to pick it up and capture from it in Movie Edit Pro.
