where do I find serial number

Hi,

If you had purchased a boxed version then the serial number should be on the back of the sleeve(the thin white folder of DVD/CD ).

If you have purchased a download version then the serial number or key should be in the email you got after payment.

If your product is already registered then you can provide proof of purchase to Magix and consult them about your problem. They will guide you properly.
