johnjbates,

Beside the extensive effects that are basic to Magix video editing software, there are a number of third party additions, several of which come bundled. From the Pro-X website: "Top quality bonus plug-ins from proDAD and Red Giant". Provided are generally the basic plugin packs but firms like ProDAD have an incredible range available.

I'd suggest you download the free trial version and see for yourself if Video Pro X meets you needs. Note also the less expensive Movie Edit Pro has many of the same feature (in the Plus and Premium versions) lacking only what are considered the professional level features. eg. multi camera editing with hine cameras rather than only two.

Regards,

Carl

Hi,

We are assuming that you downloaded all of the extras under Help.

There is also Pixelan.

Take a look under the Forums tabs and then MEP and Video Pro for discussions on special effects.
