When will the Online Tutorials be available?

I'm new (and very frustrated) and Need Assistance ASAP. I've look everywhere on your website for assistance on how to convert ITunes m4p to mp3. Can you please assist? Thank you much!

What program do you have? I don't think you will find m4P is a supported format if you check the box or documentation, as it is a proprietary format.

M4P is a protected format that is subject to digital rights management regulations. It cannot be converted to an unprotected format like MP3 for legal reasons. The newest version of Magix MP3 Maker supports playing and converting Apple's unprotected AAC files (M4A). However, for the reason pointed out above M4P is just a no go.
