When trying to download a VHS I see only myself on the screen from the built-in Web-cam

It seems as if the usb converter driver is lost somewhere and nor the computer or the Video easy SW can find the driver. The manual tells me to open the 'Advanced view' and select 'Magix USB video converter', but it's not there to be chosen.

I guess it's because I choose to install the Video easy Sw on a D:\ partition, but It didn't have the option to chose drive when installing the USB converter driver. So the Video easy SW believes the driver is located elsewhere than expected. Does anyone know how to solve such problem?

I guess I can answer the question myself. The problem was solved. I copied the Video Converter driver to the D-drive, and also found an .exe file that I run (emMON.exe). One (or both) of these operations seem to have solved the problem. The Video Converter got alive, and I have downloaded the first portion o a VHS recording.
