When playing an object, noise is added for a moment.
When I visually confirmed with the meter, it seems to be on the channel truck.
Noise is generated when an object flows into the channel track (even if there is no sound), not during overall playback.

When I removed the plug-in for that channel track, it stopped riding. It doesn't matter what kind of plugin it is, it happens with everything.
If the channel track was silent (playing a nearly silent object) the last time it was played, it will not add noise.
I'm guessing that the buffer of the plug-in at the time of the previous playback is read, and noise is added.
Is it possible to avoid it in the settings?

@ko-ii To increase the buffer size open the Samplitude system settings and go to the Audio settings. Make sure an ASIO driver is selected, for example Magix Low Latency or the ASIO driver of your audio interface. Click on the Control Panel or Settings button to open the driver settings. There you can increase the buffer size to something high like 2048 samples. This increases latency but will reduce load.
