When importing large files (

I have had no problems importing files up to 8 or 9G into VideoEasy.  However the larger files import without audio.  I have tried splitting the large file into 2 parts but this does not work.  If I open the files with Windows media player the audio is fine.  Is this just a limitation with the software (which came with the Kaiser Baas DVD Maker package). The file will not import into Windows Movie Maker either - an error message comes up.

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

There is not a lot of information to go on.

Please read this post and come back with your full computer specification, plus what is the format of the video file  and the source?

John
