Sounds like a bug or a virus. Did You have any problems installing the Software ? Was there a bug report created by MusicMaker or Windows ? Sometimes it is helpful to delete all script files and temporary files that came down with Your Browser, too.
You could also contact the Support, but there You have to describe the circumstances, too...

Hi,

It is true even if, hard drive got enough space, computer got enough memory and fine processor (like mine) Magix keep showing problems. It is really strange if you turn off easy mode and it get freeze. Usually it happens when we drag instruments to arranger.

If you do not mind next time when you ask some technical question it will be better to tell about OS(windows xp,vista or 7) then hard drive empty space, memory and processor, actually anyone who want to answer you will read details and could give you more accurate answer.

My suggestion to you if you did not clear your browser history, cookies, empty trash bin, please do and also run disk clean utility. After doing that, if you got a lot of Hard drive empty space then no problem otherwise, better backup Music, Video and photos from computer that will provide much space and Magix and any other soft will work better.

In case of Magix Music Maker whenever I face problem I re install it or before doing that I try to solve the problem. How you might be thinking?
If you got download version then run installation file or insert Magix DVD or Backup CD in to the computer Rom  without deleting Magix installed program, on one step it will ask you do you want to solve the problem(mine is in Japanese so I guess in English term will be same) or want to delete choose solve problem and it will check the error. Often it helps.
Otherwise re-install Magix Music Maker and see.

Note: it is better when use Magix do not run other soft/email/messenger

Thank you
