When I open Magix Music Maker 16 it crashes?

I have both version of MMM 16 crashes when I open them. When I run 16 I get this information:

There are different ideas about the occurence of an exception code c0000005 varying from malware to unsufficient RAM...

So you may wanna give some more information about your system or ask magix support for help.

Try running as administrator, i.e. via right click on the icon and choosing this option. Who knows, cheers, M o' L.
