and also i purchased new SD card and put it in camcorder but the result is the same. what to do next?

I sometimes get this trouble, my equipement is not detected. In that case, I insert the SD card in the card player and I change USB port. Generally it works. But maybe tour viseo is on a HDD in the camcorder. In this case, I don't know.

Drop the capture screen and go direct to "Edit".

Usually you should be able to see the files in the browser-window.
(If you have the right version og MEP).
