When adding a mov file in my photo presentation I get black screens in this movie when Playing

When I add a MOV file in the presentation it has black screens while playing it.

Even when I burn it on DVD the problem is still there

I have a I5 processor and 8GB Ram with an SSD harddrive and windows 7

I'm using the latest version of photostory 2015

Do you have Quicktime installed?

If not then you need to install it.

What is the source of the MOV files?

Can you analyse one of the MOV with GSpot this will tell you what codecs are used in the MOV file and if you press the 1,2,3 buttons under MS/AV bottom left of the GSpot screen will tell you if the files can be rendered or not. If not then you do not have the required codec(s) installed.
