I'm afraid Movie Edit Pro 12 doesn't feature any support for a standardized, external plug-in interface, if that's what you're looking for. You might want to try the "Plus" version of the current Movie Edit Pro 14, which features support for the popular VirtualDub plug-in interface and also support for proDAD Vitascene.
