All somewhat recent versions. Movie Edit Pro has been supporting this format, which is essentially MPEG-2 material produced by various cameras on the market, for the past few generations of the product. Obviously, right now you woulnd't want to go for anything older than Movie Edit Pro 15 (Plus).

If you have at least Windows Vista Home Premium, you could also go to the Magix website and check out the trial version to test your material. (If you have XP or a lesser Vista version, you will still be able to trial the product, but it won't find an MPEG-2 codec in the system that it can use, so you will only be able to import MPEG-2 files after buying and activating the product in that case.)
