What the f is a Computer Code???

Not enough that I have the program and the Serial # for Xara 3D Maker 7, Magix now also require a "Computer Code". This isn't the first time I have wasted hours of my life just to find a way to contact them. For me Magix is a disease and their Support a bad joke! Run-around is all you get. I can't believe that Xara let them handle their products!

@Wolfgang-Oehry Are you talking about the Computer ID (not Code!)? You can see it if you select offline activation via telephone or FAX in the window where the program asks you for the serial number. Be aware, that does only work if your serial number starts with a P or P2. There is no offline activation for serial numbers starting with a P3.
