I do apologize if i'm being stupid but i'm trying to register some of the licences i have for products but it's asking me to choose between (DE) & (II).

I thought (DE) means digital edition but what's (II)

am i correct about the (DE)? if not does anyone know what they both mean? and which do i select

DE is DEUTSCH which means that the product will be in the german language.
