Host '10.10.0.40' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

I came across the same thing but managed to access my website by going into www.magix.com choose website maker and login. Not quite as smooth as before but did manage to edit my site. Hope this helps

I think it was just a temporary problem - it seems to be working again just fine for me anyway.
