What are the differences between the Movie Edit Pro 12 and MAGIX Video deLuxe 2008 Plus (German vers

Hi, i would like to by the US Version of Magix, the question is if there a any feature diffrences between the Movie Edit Pro 12 and MAGIX Video deLuxe 2008 Plus version? Do i have problems at all?
(the language is not an issue for me..)

Video Deluxe 2008 is the latest program version and is comparable to the forthcoming version of Movie Edit Pro: Movie Edit Pro 14 (expected release March 2008). There will be a classic and plus version of Movie Edit Pro 14.
