Website Won't Update

I've updated my website but when I come to publish it I get the error code (shown in the pic)??

I haven't a clue why, I've not changed anything from when I first published it.

I need this resolving ASAP as I have other websites that I need to update! Thanks.

Do you get the same error if you use a FTP program such as FileZilla ?

Who is your host provider?

Thanks for getting back to me. I've sorted it now, my provider had updated their security on the servers - Thanks anyway!
