Website not loading after FTP

Xara Web Designer Premium 11.2.3.40788 DL x64 Sep 1 2015

Windows 10, version 21H2

I have an issue with the Website not being able to be seen after using FTP on both the Xara program and Filezilla. I can see that the file has been transferred to the remote server.

(Microsoft Edge and Chrome) give me a message of: Hmm can't reach this page. Too long to respond

This is the response from my website hositng company:-

When I tried to access your website it shows "This site can’t be reachedwww.craigparry.com took too long to respond." I highly suggest contacting your IT professional or web developer for them to further investigate your website since this is not a FTP connection issue.

Hi Craig

As you, and I, are not getting any HTTP errors, the issue is possible that your domain name is not assigned to your site on the hosting company's servers?

Did you obtain the the domain name through your web hosting company? If so check that it is correctly assigned - depending on the host company this should be in your web space Control Panel.

Can you get to the site using the host server URL for it? Details of this URL should also be in your web space Control Panel.
