Website is not available

Hi

Would someone be able to help me please. I have had my website since 2008 and have logged on to the Magix Online World to update it but it is not in my list of services held.

I have typed in my web address www.riccinispinone.com and this takes me to my Online Classic Album. Does this mean my website has been deleted? It was hosted by Namesco and all my subscriptions are all valid.

I would appreciate it if someone would be able to help me.

Many thanks

Phil

@Philip-Wright

Hi

. . . .  It was hosted by Namesco . . . .

Can you clarify this statement, if the site was hosted by Namesco - then you should be looking on their servers for the site, or do you mean you got the domain name from them and then pointed it to your Magix-Online hosted site?

If your site was hosted on the Magix Online free hosting, where you used Website Maker Deluxe to create the site online, when was the last time you checked the website was online?

The online design software and editing feature has not been supported for approximately 3 years and in 2016/17 you should have been notified that the software was no longer supported, and only the Online Album would still be available, and to backup your site or take out a paid for hosting package.
