I recently created a new website at HallettWebDesign.com and a beta version of a website at MASRU.org/beta to replace the current website. Both websites were created with the latest version of XARA Web Designer Premium 17. Both websites, no matter what device I view them on, keep scrolling to the top automatically. It eventually stops after several seconds, but I don't want to continue using websites that keep auto-scrolling the user to the top. It happens in both the mobile and desktop variants of the website. I have it published as a Super Site so that I can have animation when changing pages. Has anyone had this problem and/or have any suggestions to fix this problem?
