Am I correct in thinking that if a link to a file is removed from the website, the corresponding file in the Support Folder can be manually deleted.

Also, if a previously removed link from a website is to be linked again, but that file has NOT been removed from the Support Folder the original linking procedure still has to be followed but the file will not be duplicated in the Support Folder or on the Server.
