Web Designer MX version 8 errors

Have been getting frequent error messages over the last several days. I have still been able to upload files to the web. Today after about an hour of working on my site, I was unable to upload files. I shut the program down and attempted to load the latest back up file. It goes back 4 days. I seem to have lost 4 days of backups.

All files uplaoded as of yesterday appear on my website. Is there a way to unistall my software, and then retrieve the files that are already on the website?

Hi

There should be back up copies of the website in the location specified in the Utilities, Options, Backup tab.

I have back up files for the 14th, and then it skips to the 18th, which when clicked say "no file found".
