Web Designer 18 Premium Update

My Web Designer 18 Premium, is showing I have an update (18.5.0.62892), but it refuses to update. It randomly stops at various percentages and never completes. Is there a way to directly download this update, to apply it manually rather than through the update option within the program?

HI,

Did you try disabling your anti-virus program temporarily. It may be blocking the download.

Yeah. Same thing. Sometimes it'll go to like 20% other times it'll go to like 70% and it'll just stall out.
