Unfortunately we do not know of any previous issue you have had with the program, your account was only created today.

We need more information:

Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
Which version of the graphics card drivers did you update to?
A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab.
The amount of free space on the hard drive(s) you have.
What event triggered the crash eg started playing the timeline, adding an effect, exporting the project etc?

That's the same problem I had with Movie Edit Pro 2022 only the " to address number chage ".the rest is the same.

The solution that worked for me was to uninstall the program and reinstall it and DON'T UPDATE, maybe it works for you too, you'll see.
