VST plugins cause ACID Pro to hang when reloading project?

Hey,

Fresh install of ACID Pro 10.0.5 (Build 38) on a new computer here. Testing out some black friday plugin purchases and the combination of Izotope's Neutron 3 on a track with Ozone 9 on the master bus causes saved projects to load, but Acid Pro stops responding. The plugins load up fine when first added to a project, but after saving/reloading Acid Pro just hangs indefinitely. Is this a known issue? Any recommendations? Wonky compatibility with popular plugins from a major manufacturer is pretty disappointing.

This is the automated response I received from support:

In order to bypass the search of existing VST plug-ins on your machine during the startup process, please try the following:

    1. Right-click on the application's launch icon.
    2. Select 'Properties'.
    3. Add the following command outside of the quotes in the Target field: /NOVSTGROVEL .
    4. Select Apply and then OK.

Be sure to include a space between the last quote and the beginning of the command line argument.

It seemed to work on some test projects where this issue was present, but it was inconsistent. Some projects still hang.

@mypetrobot You can reset the program settings by holding CTRL + SHIFT and double clicking on the ACID program icon. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and to delete the cache. Maybe this will help.
