When I import a VRO file using Video Easy Rescue Your Videotapes 4, I get video but no audio.
How can I get around this?
My operating system is Windows 7 home Premium

Here are the supported import formats for Rescue your Video Tapes
Supported import formats
Video: AVI, DV-AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MXV, QuickTime™, WMV(HD)
Audio: MP3, OGG, WMA, Dolby®Digital Stereo
Images: JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIF
You are fortunate that you were able to import the VRO file at all. I would suggest that you look at converting the VRO file to something that is supported and if the audio is contained in the file you should be able to see it in Rescue your tapes. I personally use a free product called "Any Video Converter". You can download it here http://www.any-video-converter.com/download-avc-free.php
