Just a heads-up.

I see an update to VPX 8 is now available (15.0.3.144).

Sorry, I forgot to copy the list of updates offered, though there didn't seem to be anything especially "outstanding"!

* Removed loading time for OFX plugins
* Removed diplay and control errors with keyframes on rotation
* Added the option for manual input for not integer factors in the speed effect dialogue

Hi Jeff and John EB,

Thanks for the heads up.

First test on Desktop

  • Rotation problem seems to have been repaired, as per the change list, changing a rotation causes several seconds of delay, as does double-clicking in an X, Y, or Z boxN
  • HDR still works
  • Object trimmer still problematic - right arrow button on Object Content still stuck except for Ctrl+Alt+left mouse button
  • Certain problems with Project folder seem to have been repaired, further testing required
  • TRA still broken

Surface Pro

  • Rotation problem seems to have been repaired, as per the change list, no problems or hesitation like on my desktop
  • HDR still broken
  • Object trimmer still problematic - right arrow button on Object Content still stuck except for Ctrl+Alt+left mouse button
  • TRA still broken

We're in a major blizzard here. Should be interesting digging out in the morning.
