@Jimrin We had reports that copy and paste of text can lead to problems. Maybe this is caused by copying invisible characters, for example from PDFs.

Interesting. It had been working as copy and past but maybe something in the text changed. I will check into that

Just tried it by typing in the box and still doesn't work. But the preview does. Both typing and pasting.

Okay a couple of things. First, despite it saying I had over 120,000 characters left I opted to but the small pack of additional characters. When I applied them, it worked . Second, in my profile it says I have two active subscriptions for SF 18 pro 365. One from 09/07/2020 to 09/07/2025. And one from 03/28/2025 to 04/28/2025. I think 2020 was when I got my original subscription for SF 17 pro 365. Are the two interfering with each other? When I got 18, I deactivated the 17 install on my computer. Do I have to take any extra steps to end that subscription?

@Jimrin I don't know. Maybe you're correct and there is some problem with your subscription. I suggest you contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net for this because we are just users like you and cannot help you with subscription problems.
