If you're installing this from the original program DVD, I wouldn't worry about anything. It's just a false alarm - nothing really uncommon. Due to the way modern anti-virus software works (i.e. intelligent/heuristic search methods), this kind of thing is bound to happen. Just override the security warning and you should be fine.
