Just to clarify, that email Ray has given is only for getting the 64bit version, not for Support. We are not Support either, but will probably be able to help with your technical issue.

The drivers for your dongle will/should be installed when you install the program. Once you get the 64bit version installed, and if Videoeasy can't see your dongle then, you can install the drivers from here:
