Video Sound is off

Throughout the editing and exporting/finished product, the sound is off by a fraction. I have kept everthing in line. Any idea why? It's a motor video, so by having the sound not match the vehicle it looks silly. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What is the source material you're using in this project (video format/codec, frame rate) and what is the output format you choosing (video format/codec, frame rate)?
