Hi

We need more information.

What is your computer specification?

Windows version and is it 32 or 64bit?

Is it the Magix supplied USB converter - if so what colour is it.

If not the Magix supplied converter what make/model is it?

What settings are you using for capturing the video?

John

Hi John,

Thanks for your answer.

Well, I ve got windows 8, and i dont know if it's 32 or 64bit.. Im not much of a "hacker" :-)

It's a AMD DUal-COre Processor A6-4400M an AMD Radeon HD7520G +7670M with 1G Dedicated VRAM.. I don't know if it helps.

The USB is red.

When i try to insstall the converter 32 bit it says:  THe Magix videowandler requires an X86 processor

When I try to install the conveter64 bit it says it's installed succesfully.. When I start the program and choose to import video I get two choices, to import form computer or a anolg video deivice, if I choose to import a movie from the analog video device, it opens a new window but I can't make any choices.. exept go back!?
