Have purchased mentioned product september 2010. Included was a 'USB-Videowandler'. including cable.

The videowandler doesnot function as only the sound is transmitted to my computer. I have checked all connections and cables, but no improvement. It seems that the scart contact in to the VCR is the problem. Earlier a similar problem could be solved by wiggeling this contact. But now nothing works. Have also checked the scart output from the VCR, which is OK.

I assume this a matter is falling under the guaranty and hope you could send me a new one.

I do not understand why my first question is unclear, but briefly the USB-Videowandler doesnot work. In my previous question I explained what I have done to locate the problem and my conclusion is that probably the scartcontact is the problem.

As I assume that this still is a guaranty matter, I hope you will send me a new USB-Videowandler with the required cables.
