Video Pro X. HEVC render slowing down.

Hi!

I am using old Video Pro X Version 17.0.1.32 (UDP3). I have a problem with HEVC export. After about 1000 frames the export slows down drastically. Whether this happens is random and I don't know what it depends on.
There are not many effects in the movie, only section and resizing RAW material form OBS.
Below is the movie where I managed to record it.

What could be the reason for this behavior?

After further tests, it seems to me that this is a problem with the GPU decoding HEVC. At first it does it quickly, and after some time it slows down significantly, running at 90%. I started rendering at different places in the movie and the situation is the same. VRAM never reaches the limit.
