cannot find a way to adjust preview screen settings to correctly read either my external monitor OR my laptop screen. when i ask the software to identify the displays, the resultant screens present an overly large middle of the number '2' on the external monitor and a partial rendering of the number '1' in the upper left hand corner of the laptop screen. any and all other programs in my windows10 machine recognize both screens with their separate values.
