When I try to transfer video from a VHS tape in the VHS recorder, all I get is a blue screen with no sound - no video preview.  The system acts like it is transferring something but I know there is only about 30 minutes on this tape and the transfer ran for over 4 hours!  I am using the USB converter with the RCA (cinch) plugs, Windows 7, Rescue Your Videotapes 6.  Any suggestions would be greating appreciated.
