Video in preview window not running smoothly.

Hi, my wife and I just started using Vegas Pro Edit version 14. Our computer is an HP Pavilion 23-g010 All-in-One. AMD E2-3800 Accelerated Processor. 64-bit performance with 4GB DDR3 system memory. 500GB hard drive.Single -band (2.4GHz). We're using Windows 8.1 -2013 Microsoft.

We video'd a band that both our children are in with (2) Sony 4K camcorders. We put camera 1 in the video preview window (Vegas Pro Edit version 14) and it will not run smoothly.

We hope to put both camera video's into the video preview window (at the same time ) and choose the best tracks from each to make one video.

Thanks,

Sheryl and Dick

You don't appear to have posted as yet in the Vegas forum but anyway the answer is simple. You need a powerful pc with stacks of RAM to handle 4K natively. Try using proxy files.
