We received the cables and software. I was able to install the software but the usb device driver keeps giving me a error on device management in windows 10.
I am a system engineer aswell so you can give me a technical reply.
I did reboot the system, tried to re-install the driver and tried other USB ports on my device without a HUB or anything else.

Check in the Windows settings, Privacy, Microphone and Camera options that the Allow desktop apps to acces your microhone/camera options are turned on.
If the USB driver continues to cause an error try updating to the latest version from here - select the appropriate dirver from the colour of the USB converter, or, if it is marked K0065 or K0067 slect the Premiun driver.

I found this info about the privacy settings and the download link to K0065 this afternoon.
Tried it on 3 devices allready but still no succes.
I even did a format and installed windows 7 on one of them and now the driver is working....
Yet the software starts downloading 1,15GB but prompts a error "he is not able to download and install the file"...
I never saw anything about the premium driver? It's not on the deliverd CD? Let me try this one cause in only found k0065 drivers online and they only seemed to work on win7. I'll get back to you

It is the top one of the 3 three versions listed in the link I posted, all 3 are the Windows 10 version
Do note the current version of Rescue your Video tapes is not certified to run on Windows 7.
