Video files do not appear in directory

I am trying (for the first time) to make a video using MAGIX VIDEO DELUXE. When trying to "draw" files into the timeline from the previously selected directory (where I have stored all and video files and pictures I want to use for the video) I find that the picture files are in said directory, but the video filed ARE MISSING (or do not show).

What have I done wrong or how can I access the video files that are in the directory but do not show? Thanks for helping me. .

mayby the import view options to the directory has DVD view ticked, untick it.
