Tell me please, how can I insert a text in a video. In the video, a person holds in his hands a paper: how can I write something on that paper? I have tried one solution, but I am not satisfied by it: I taked a print screen, then I have written a text on that picture using paint and finally I have inserted this picture in the video project. But it looks.... unreal!  Help me please...

There are various methods in MEP15/16. Send us your printscreen, so that we might get an idea how it should look like and we would find it easier to make a suggestion.

Hi seriisvet,

as massi04 already said, it would be best to see a screenshot first.

However, if it is a simple plain piece of paper you might use the following routine:

1) Create a new title in Movie Edit Pro - you might use a font that imitates handwriting, if that's what you're after.
2) Set the font size to an appropriate value
3) Use Position, Size, Rotation and 3D-distortion to virtually put the text on the paper - you can find all these options in the effects tab of Movie Edit Pro
4) Use a soft blur to get rid off the sharp edges of the text
5) Set the transparency value to a value somewhere between 85-95% to blend the text into the paper.

I guess this way should help you out - sure there are tons of other ways to do it and sometimes learning by doing is the best way to master a software.
