Video easy 5 on windows 10

...when trying to burn dvd I get message that says "no dvd burner" but I do have one. How do I get the program to recognise the burner?

Try updating the burn routines available here. Note you may haev to login with your email address and password.

Was this installed directly onto Windows 10 or was it previously installed on Windows 7 or 8 and then the computer upgraded to Windows 10?

If installed on a previous version of Windows which was then upgraded to Windows 10, the try re-installing using this procedure.
